Villa Bricco Paglieri was conceived as a home from home for sharing with friends or family, or as a retreat for intensive team-building with colleagues. Offering every comfort, the whole property of approximately 350m² is also available for special events, both private and corporate.

This also includes three spacious terraces — one of 143m², another of 80m², and a third on the first floor of 27m² — as well as the garden, breathtaking views over the vineyards, and several other rooms in addition to the bedrooms.

An ideal solution for anyone looking to rent an entire villa to enjoy with family or friends.

There are four bedrooms on the first floor, along with two bathrooms, while the ground floor features a very spacious bathroom, an additional double bedroom available for extra guests, a big kitchen with a fully functional wood-burning fireplace, and a large conference room, with another lounge available for guests.

Mario has in fact chosen to rent out the entire property so the atmosphere of the Langhe can be experienced lke true locals.

And he and his family will always be happy to recommend the best restaurants and wineries to visit, as well as ensuring a warm welcome with a special selection from Cantina Metilde.

The rooms

The rooms have been designed drawing on the philosophy of Mario Sandri, a veritable poet vigneron who interprets wine like a poem about his beloved land: the Langhe.

Villa Bricco Paglieri features four suites on the upper floor, plus a guest room on the ground floor. The very bright rooms all have air conditioning, and guests are provided with a small welcome pack.

The furnishings are inspired by tradition and the elements of nature that give the wines their authenticity: sun, vines, water, earth.

Kitchen

The spacious kitchen is fitted out with every comfort and two wooden tables for enjoying a relaxing, homely setting.

On autumnal evenings the wood burner can be lit on request.

On the ground floor there is a large room which caters for dinners with guests or special occasions.

Bathrooms

There are two bathrooms on the first floor and one on the ground floor. They are large and spacious, with washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer and courtesy set including shampoo, conditioner and soap.

Outdoors

The outdoor areas are all free for the use of guests, with elegant tables and chairs on the terrace in front of the entrance or in the shade of a large tree.

Then there is a magnificent terrace of 143 square metres which can be accessed from the room on the ground floor.

The terrace commands a wonderful panorama over vineyards on the estate’s property, allowing guests to experience the Langhe in total privacy. A great place to relax, as well as to enjoy breakfast or aperitifs in company surrounded by nature.

Tasting Room - Wine Cellar

At Villa Bricco Paglieri you can also take advantage of a tasting room in the cellar beneath the house for a guided wine-tasting experience accompanied by typical local products or to enjoy a romantic dinner.

Parking

Villa Bricco Paglieri has a sizeable garage, as well as private parking spaces inside the property conveniently located for accessing the house.
